Our dining room is open for service. We are seating customers to allow as much social distance between tables as possible. We have stepped up our sanitation procedures. Items such as menus, sauce bottles, salt and pepper shakers and door handles are being sanitized more frequently. And as always, employees who feel under the weather are strongly encouraged to stay home. Yes, our staff continues to wash their hands frequently. Hopefully you're doing the same.
If you're uncomfortable with coming in to dine with us, the drive-thru is available. Call your order in ahead of time, and we'll have it ready to go when you get up the drive-thru window. Or give us a call when you're in the parking lot and we'll bring it out to you.
Take care, stay healthy and we hope to see you soon.
The COVID-19 pandemic has the livestock and meat industry way out of balance, and despite large livestock inventories, meat is in temporary short supply. Beef production is running at roughly 60% of the normal output due to processing plant closures and most others running at reduced capacity.
ALL of our protein prices have been impacted; but none as significantly as our brisket prices. We have seen more than a 250% price increase on brisket. We have had to temporarily increase prices on menu items featuring brisket.
Hopefully this shortage is over soon and costs are reduced. We will then be able to return to regular menu prices.
